This program provides aspiring educators with essential pedagogical principles, classroom management techniques, and strategies for effective lesson planning. Topics include educational psychology, assessment methods, and technology integration. Participants will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to create engaging and inclusive learning environments, fostering student success and academic growth.
