SCORE Dropout Recovery Program
Reconnect to a high school education
The SCORE (School of Career Opportunities and Real Education) program was established in 1995 to help reconnect students ages 16-20 to a high school education. It is a dropout credit recovery/alternative education program that has allowed over 1,700 students to earn their high school diploma while also having the opportunity to complete career technology education.
Academic areas include English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and elective courses. Life Skills classes are designed to help students prepare for the “real” world. Class sizes are 15 students or less so that students have more individual instruction and help from teachers.
