Small Business Development Coordinator

This is a 12-month position.

Primary Functions: To work as a member of the Economic Development Center Team responsible for coordinating a small business management training program directed toward adult clients who are business owners, managers or planning a new business. Responsible for recruiting clients and providing training and/or consulting to clients as needed.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field is required. Small business ownership, management or consulting preferred. Previous experience in teaching or presentation, develop marketing plans, business plan writing, grant writing proposals a plus.

Human Resources Instructor

This is a full-time, 12-month position with instructional and developmental responsibilities for company specific training programs targeting employees of industrial, commercial, service, or government organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for instruction and development of company specific training programs for employees of companies located in the Great Plains Technology Center District.

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
Master’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred. Experience may be substituted for Masters Degree if in related field
